ACT! CRM Training Modules


Our Training courses are available on absolutely any version of the ACT! Software.  If you are at all unsure of your own specific course requirements then please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are always more than happy to discuss the learning path you wish to take in detail. Below we have given an outline of our four main courses but we don't stop there! The ACT! software has core elements that all users will need to understand and use.  This training module introduces the software to the end users and teaches basic functionality that will be used on a day to day basis. The modules within this course are generic and will be used by all staff whatever their role in the business.

This course is named The Fundamentals as it is essential that all members of staff participate in and complete this course before they move on to the modular training that has been tailored to their specific roles. This course will give the users a solid foundation to move forward confidently through the rest of the training schedule.

We haven't written a course outline for this type of training there are far too many modules to list for the solutions that we provide.  Super Users are not quite administrators of the system but they do need  a deeper level of knowledge firstly to support the end users and secondly to carry out more comprehensive tasks.


At Olivia Clare we look at the requirements and depth of knowledge that the Super Users need, analyse their roles and responsibilities and then tailor this course to fit the exact training requirements of the user group.

System Administrator Training is not for your IT Department although we can provide this training on request. It is a training course designed for the users delegated to maintain the system and to support the end users on a day to day basis.


This course looks at topics such as the Import and Export of data, creating users and teams, report and dashboard design.  Delegates attending this course should either already have a sound knowledge of the ACT! software but we do prefer them to have attended The Fundamentals course with us before they progress to this much higher level of training


Training on a new system can be a complex process, a super user not only needs to fully understand system functionality but in addition they also need an in-depth knowledge of the unique business processes that have been implemented within the project.

On top of that these users often have to train both their colleagues and peers, which in itself can seem a little daunting.  This course not only teaches the trainers how to deliver training successfully, but also how to present any business changes and processes confidently in a structured format around the CRM system.
